Mr. Zhang Lin, born in 1972, is a Director and President of the Company and also serves as a director of Wanda Group and chairman of the board of directors of Wanda Real Estate Group. He joined Wanda Group in March 2000 and has held various positions such as president of Wanda Culture Group, vice president of Wanda Group and chief financial officer of Wanda Group.
Mr. Zhang Lin graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in accounting in July 1994 and obtained an Executive MBA from Peking University in January 2012. He is also a non-practicing member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the China Certified Tax Agents Association.
Mr. Ning Qifeng, borned in 1967, is the chief vice president of the Company and executive director of Wanda Hotel Development. His previous roles include general manager of Wanda Hotel Construction Co. Ltd., president of Wanda Commercial Planning and Research Institute, and assistant president, vice president and senior vice president of the Company. Before joining the Company, he was a lecturer at Xi’an Jiaotong University, director of Jingye Design Institute of Xi’an Jingye Group, and chief engineer of the Shenzhen Branch of Guangdong Urban Planning and Design Institute.
Mr. Ning graduated from Northwest Institute of Civil Engineering (now known as Chang’an University) with a bachelor’s degree in July 1986, from Northwest College of Metallurgy and Architecture (now known as Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology) with a master’s degree in July 1992, and from Tongji University with a doctorate degree in May 2004.
Mr. Gao Xiaojun, born in 1969, is the senior assistant to president and chief financial officer of the Company. He joined the Company in April 2000 and has served as the deputy general manager of Taiyuan, Xi'an, Jilin and Nanjing project companies of the Company, the deputy general manager of Wanda Dagangxing Company, the deputy general manager of the finance department of the Company, and the assistant to president and deputy general manager of Wanda Commercial Management Company.
Mr. Gao Xiaojun graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in July 1992 and graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in July 1999.
