Mr. Zhao Deming, borned in 1966, is an independent supervisor and chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company and partner of the Shanghai office of Beijing Global Law Office. He was formerly a senior advisor of the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices of the American law firm Paul Hastings, partner of Shanghai Xiaoyun Law Firm, legal advisor of Eastman Kodak Greater China and associate professor of the School of Law, Xiamen University. Currently, he serves as an arbitrator of Xiamen Arbitration Commission and Harbin Arbitration Commission, adjunct professor of the School of Law, Xiamen University and the Law School of Xi’an Jiaotong University, and practice supervisor of postgraduate students at Shanghai Customs College and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Zhao was ranked among the Top 20 Most Popular Chinese Lawyers among Clients by ALB (Asian Legal Business magazine) (based on the results of the first survey of the related client base conducted by ALB in 2012).
Mr. Zhao received LLB, LLM and JD degrees from Xiamen University and a master’s degree in commercial and corporate laws from University College London. He obtained a lawyer’s license in 1994.
Mr. Ma Jun ,borned in 1979, as a Supervisor of the Company and has served as the assistant to the president and general manager of the legal affairs department.
Mr. Ma joined Wanda Group in March 2010 and has held various positions in Wanda Group, including the head of legal affairs in the legal affairs department, the deputy general manager of the legal affairs department, the general manager of the investment and operation legal department, the general manager of the project legal department of the legal affairs center and the general manager of the investment and finance legal department of legal affairs center. He successively held several positions in the legal affairs department of the company, including successively as the general manager as well as assistant to the president and general manager from December 2015 to March 2021. Prior to joining Wanda Group, Mr. Ma worked as an attorney in the intellectual property rights department of Beijing Hylands Law Firm from January 2008 to March 2010, and as a trainee attorney and an attorney in Beijing Zhongtong Law Firm from September 2002 to January 2008.
Mr. Ma obtained a bachelor of laws degree from Northwest Institute of Political Science and Law (currently known as Northwest University of Political Science and Law ) in June 2003 and was awarded the PRC legal professional qualification certificate by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC in March 2004.
Mr. Hou Hongjun, borned in 1968, is an employee representative supervisor of the Company. He has served as the assistant to the president. He is currently a supervisor of Wanda Group.
He successively served as the manager, deputy general manager and deputy general manager and head of the engineering audit team of the audit department in Wanda Group from February 2001 to April 2013. He served as the general manager of the cost department of Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group Co., Ltd. from April 2013 to November
2015. He served as the deputy general manager of audit center and the general manager of audit department IV as well as the deputy general manager of audit center of Wanda Group from November 2015 to December 2015. Mr. Hou held various positions in the company, including successively as the general manager of audit department, and the assistant to the president and the general manager of audit department from December 2015 to March 2021.
Mr. Hou graduated from Shenyang Constructional Engineering Institute (now known as Shenyang Architecture University) in July 1990 and has been qualified as a cost engineer.
